RemoteCall Quickstart Guide
1. Installation & Startup
- For the installation process, please contact us.
- Double-click the RemoteCall Viewer icon on your desktop.
- Enter your Username, Password and then click OK.
2. Guide the End-user to Connect
- Guide the end-user to connect to Relay-Web-Page with their Web browser.
- When the security warning window pops up, instruct them to click on Yes.
- Click on the icon, which is indicated by the screen name.
3. In the End-user's PC
- You can share the screen and control the mouse and keyboard.
